1. What You're Buying

MKEChem sells digital datasets containing computationally generated and screened chemical structures (SMILES strings) and associated property data including QED scores, synthetic accessibility scores, molecular weight, LogP, ADMET properties, and AutoDock Vina binding scores where applicable.

These datasets are computational predictions intended for research purposes. They are not validated pharmaceutical compounds, approved drugs, or clinical-grade materials.

2. License

Upon purchase, MKEChem grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the dataset for your own research and commercial purposes. You may:

• Use the data in your own research workflows
• Incorporate findings into publications with appropriate attribution
• Use the data as a starting point for further computational or experimental work

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the raw dataset to third parties
• Represent the data as your own original work without attribution
• Use the data in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations

3. No Warranties — Sold As-Is

ALL DATASETS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. MKECHEM MAKES NO WARRANTIES REGARDING:

• Fitness for any particular purpose or application
• Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of computational predictions
• Suitability for clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use
• Experimental validation of any predicted property

Computational predictions of drug-like properties are inherently probabilistic. All data should be independently validated before use in any downstream application.

4. Not For Clinical Use

MKEChem datasets are computational research tools only. They are explicitly not intended for:

• Clinical trials or therapeutic applications
• Diagnostic purposes
• Direct pharmaceutical formulation without independent validation
• Any application regulated by the FDA or equivalent regulatory body without appropriate independent validation

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MKECHEM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE DATASETS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

MKEChem's total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the datasets shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific dataset giving rise to the claim.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. No refunds are provided after a dataset has been downloaded. If you experience a technical issue preventing download, contact us at contact@mkechem.com and we will work to resolve it.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use MKEChem datasets in connection with:

• The development of chemical or biological weapons
• Any illegal activity under applicable law
• Any application intended to harm individuals

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Michigan.

9. Changes to Terms

MKEChem reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
