By purchasing or downloading any MKEChem dataset, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

MKEChem sells digital datasets containing computationally generated and screened chemical structures (SMILES strings) and associated property data including QED scores, synthetic accessibility scores, molecular weight, LogP, ADMET properties, and AutoDock Vina binding scores where applicable.

These datasets are computational predictions intended for research purposes. They are not validated pharmaceutical compounds, approved drugs, or clinical-grade materials.
